Mega Rally of BJP Western Parliamentary constituency on the completion of 9 years of Modi Government and seven years Pema Khandu Government in the State held at IG Park, Itanagar on 6th June 2023.
A book on seven years of Arunachal Vikas was released by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Pema Khandu, Shri Kiren Rijiju Union Minister of Earth Sciences and Shri Chowna Mein Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister and Hon’ble State President Shri Biyuram Wahge in the presence of Shri Tame Passhang Mayor IMC, Council of Ministers, MLAs, Chairmans, vice-Chairman, ZPMs, Corporporator IMC, District Presidents and District Convenors and Co-convener of Modi's 9 Years Government of Western Parliamentary, all SOBs, Spokespersons and all BJP karyakartas.
Shri Biyuram Wahge State President highlighted the various developmental programme of 9 years of completion of the Modi Government and 7 years of the Pema Khandu Government in the State. He said that everybody knows what Modi ji did for the country during the last 9 years and the achievement should be reached at the grassroots level through the karyakartas. He said that the leaders and karyakartas of BJP did lots of sacrifices for the party during the last 70 years hence today, we can see the fruits of their sacrifice. The party always remember and reward them in due course of time. So he urged party karyakartas to work sincerely for the welfare of the people. He said that BJP always believes in contribution, not competition. He appealed to all the Ministers, and MLAs to support to organisation's various month-long proposed programs in the state especially at the grass root level.
Shri Chowna Mein Deputy Chief Minister appreciated Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and highlighted various programmes and policies and its achievement in the state and also appreciated and highlighted 30 days programme of 9 years seva, Sushasan, Garib Kalyan of Modi Government in the State.
Shri Pema Khandu Chief Minister while congratulating Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his team for transforming India at the highest level on all fronts, highlighted the aim and objective of 9 years completion of Modi Govt at the Centre and 7 years seva, sushasan, samriddhi in the State. He said that Arunachal Pradesh was always challenging in the communication and connectivity sectors, but now all sectors' transformation is visible. Arunachal Pradesh is getting full support from New Delhi only because of the best coordination of Shri Kiren Rijiju Union Minister of the Modi Government at the centre. Shri Pema Khandu said that the responsibilities of the BJP are increasing in Arunachal Pradesh as lots of potentials could not harness due to a lack of awareness which need to be accelerated. Chief Minister also highlighted various schemes for the welfare of the people of Arunachal Pradesh and urged karyakartas to be aware of the Government schemes and carry forward at the grass root level to avail the benefits.
On the law and order issue of the Itanagar Capital region, he said that safety and security are the top priority of the Government Khandu said that Itanagar is the heart of the capital, so the heart of the capital should be good and clean. He said that Government is handling law and order issues with an iron hand.
Shri Kiren Rijiju Union Minister highlighted the developmental project initiated for the state of Arunachal Pradesh and also shared his experiences as union minister under the leadership of Shri Narendra Modi ji from 2014 to till date while discharging his duty with the most sincerity and dedication to the nation. He said that there was the policy of the congress Government that "no proper road should be connected at the international border area". But after the Modi Government came into power in 2014, policy change to the last border village is the first Indian village for development in the border area.
He said that every person should keep records especially those who are in politics should maintain records of every activity for the welfare of the people because peoples believe in proof. He assured that before 2024 4G network will connect to the village of the state. He appreciated Chief Minister Shri Pema Khandu and his team for proven best financial management and also appreciated Prime Minister for his blessing towards Arunachal Pradesh and North East for all-around development in the NE states.
On bandh culture, Shri Kiren Rijiju said that in a democracy everybody is right to protest but should not disturb others. In Arunachal, we have a less population but we are not weak, we will work for the country and the people. He said that in the 2024 election, Shri Narendra Modi ji will be PM with a 2/3 majority in the house. In Arunachal Pradesh too under the leadership of Pema Khandu as Chief Minister and Shri Biyuram Waghe state President will form the Government with a thumping majority.
He urged all to work jointly to strengthen the hand of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Pema Khandu for all-around development in the country. He assured his full cooperation and support all the time.
