The 28 years of Babri Masjid Demolition case verdict progressed over the years

Babri Masjid demolition case is all set to be verdict after the 28 years in which 32 accused, also includes BJP veterans LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi and Uma bharti ,other big names on the list of accused are former UP  chief minister kalyan singh , Ram Teerth shetra president Nritya gopal das . The construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya ,last year the verdict was to handover the land to hindus and demolition case long to go and depends upon court trial,the parties have right to challenge the verdict in the higher court .

After the demolition of the Babri Masjid ,the first FIR 197/92 registeret under section 395,397 332,337,338,295 and section 7 on the Criminal law Amendment act ,after ten minutes FIR no. 198/92 under section 153A,153B,505 IPC against Lk Advani, Ashok Singhal Giraj kishore Murli Manmohar joshi Uma Bharti , vinay katiyar vishnu hari dalmita and sadvi ,Ritambhara. the CBI get into the investigation cases against babri masjid demolition and filed a charged sheet against 40 people in the 49 cases in special court of lucknow. More than two years on 1996 and filed a supplementary charge sheet against nine people .

In February 12 2001 Allahabad High court passed a order which single chargesheet  for all FIRs ,the high court upholds of charges in all other 48 cases and refused against the Advani ,Joshi ,Uma Bharti Vinay Katiyar and others, in may 4 2001 after the backdrop HC order than lucknow court dropped the against 13 others . In july 2005 The high court filed against Raebarelis court and ordered re farming charges against all the accused.  In March 20 2012 finally  CBI finally in supreme court  and filed March 20 2012 during the UPA governments and investigate 49 cases had disclosed.

After remaining five years in supreme court in  2017 and the top court ruled against the Allahabad HC order and the case brought back to the court , From 2017 the hearing on the case started with Kalyan Singh becoming the governor of Rajasthan.  After the 28 years several accused already died including Bal thakery , Ashok Singhal and girraj Kishore. Temple trust  Chairman Nritya Gopal got invitation to Bhoomi pujan event in Ayodhya.
