Cross LoC Tensions Flare: Pakistan Resorts to Unprovoked Firing, Indian Army Responds Swiftly

On the night of 03–04 May 2025, Pakistani Army posts initiated unprovoked small arms fire across the LoC in multiple sectors of Jammu & Kashmir, including Kupwara, Baramulla, Poonch, and Rajauri. The Indian Army responded promptly and proportionately, ensuring the safety of its troops and maintaining control along the border.
