Shri Benjamin Yepthomi S/O Lt. Khehokhu Yepthomi (Founder of Thahekhu Village & Khehokhu Village) from Dimapur district has been an active member of the Bhartiya Janaya Party, Nagaland has been appointed as the State President effectively from 25 September 2023.

He was in charge of the grand rally of the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s ji at Dimapur during the 2023 general assembly elections. He also successfully organized the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan of the party which was highly appreciated by the central leadership.
