A 19 year old Dalit girl was gang raped from Hathras district of Uttar Pardesh, Bhim Army supporters led protest and blocked the roads.

A Dalit girl was Gangraped and kidnapped from agriculture field, a 19 years old girl dies in hathras district of Uttar Pradesh. Increasing for justice in social media,  public demanded justice for the victim. Its took place in 14 September, according to reports she was working in agriculture with her mother and brother , later her brother returned home but she and her mother  stayed in the field , some distance between she and her mother in the field , later her mother  realised that her daughter was missing and than she finds her in unconscious way. Her family said five rapists attacked her from behind and dragged her in the field and raped her, her neck was brutally injured.

The police responded her health after four to five days , her health condition was seems unbelievable way , victim was difficult to breathe because of broken the bones but  police didn’t take seriously the condition of victim health condition and family has supposed. The police has refused this allegation and said they are active in this incident and also said that they praised to arrest accused named Sandip Ramu, Lavkush and ravi for the crime. Sp vikrant vir said the sexual assault was not find the the doctors of hathras and Aligarh and sp vikrant confirmed that there will be take the forensic help.

Vir also said that the victim tongue was cut that was not real its wrong and reports was that the broken backbone of the victim was also wrong , she only get the injuries in the neck so the police refused the rape charge. The victim was  admitted in JN hospital in Aligarh , doctors claimed the victim health condition was critical and her tongue was also cut by the attackers and she had three broken bones of neck and its seems that the attackers wants her life to death.  The family requested to police that due to victim condition critical so shift to the All India institute of medical science in Delhi but police shifted her to the sarfarjung hospital in Delhi. After two weeks of her death dalit leader Chandrashekar Azad Raavan of bhim army leds protest against the rapists and they blocked the roads in an hour and its seems their anger in social media and later the big political parties joined the campaign including BSP and Samajwadi party against yogi Adityanath   government , SP president Akhilesh yadav said that BJP government in Uttar Pradesh leaves no hope for he people and demanded the case can be heard by fast track in court and also get all support the family of victim and get the justice.
