On Thursday, NCP spokesperson and Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik claimed that the NCB has 'malafide intentions' and is involved in 'selective leaks' to frame people.
While he was addressing a press conference, Malik said that his son-in-law Sameer Khan who was recently granted bail in a drugs case will be moving the bombay high court challenging the charges pressed against him. NCB arrested Sameer Khan in January this year in a drug-related case.
NCB said ganja was seized in the sameer khan drug case but there was nothing. I just had to make things clear. Malik said in the press conference.
The Maharashtra Minister's statement comes at a time when the NCB is probing a drug case pertaining to a party on a cruise off mumbai on october 3. The NCB is probing Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan in connection with the matter.
