BJP MP Swapan Dasgupta said Mamata Bannerjee government aware that without required clearance ,impossible to resume Local trains in West Bengal

The West Bengal announced that the state government is ready to allow train services. BJP MP Swapan Dasgupta shared some letters which sent to Mamata Bannerjee by Eastern Railways on September 1. Eastern railways again sent letter on October 13 which asking for Government to discuss to start local train services. Railway senting letter repeatly to remind to the West Bengal government. Mamata Bannerjee government not yet acknowledge these letters. In the first  ISRTS persuade the Mamata government to held a suitable meeting for discussing to remain local train. 

In the second letter IRTS officer mentioned west government to spare some time and meeting was not yet held till date . The Eastern Railways wrote the common people had tried to board trains . He had informed distuption of traffic and impacts other railways operations.  Swapan Gupta said that the Mamta bannerjee knows people who need to local trains on daily basis for livelihood. She is aware that without clearance than it impossible to begin local trains. 

Swapan Gupta said she has not bothered to held the meeting with Eastern railways. Mamata Bannerjee government is delaying resume of local trains in West Bengal . In press conference which held in August 26 , State secretariat Nabanna Bannerjee said that Local trains and metro services could be start and Railways should talk with the state government for the issue. Mamata Bannerjee  expressed to persuade to resume the trains and other side she didn't responds to the letters by the Eastern Railways which requested to West Bengal government to operation of railway services.
