Hindu religion is constantly being targeted through advertisements. First there was an attempt to Islamize Hindu festivals by FabIndia. Now Dabur is doing this work. Because of the Dabur ad, there has been a ruckus again. It is being told that Dabur company has again attacked Hindu religion by creating a propaganda.

It is shown in the propaganda that a gay couple is celebrating the festival of 'Karwa Chauth'. Also asked why Hindu festivals are always tampered with, why not Muslim or Christian festivals?

Actually, in this advertisement of Dabur, a woman is seen applying cream to another woman. She then says, "Yeh lag gaya tera fame cream gold bleach." To this the other woman replies, "Thank you! You are the best." After this she asks why are you keeping such a 'hard fast' of Karwa Chauth? To this the woman replies that for his happiness. When the same question is asked again, another woman answers that for their longevity.

After this another woman comes and says that this is the first Karwa Chauth of both of them. Also she gives saris to both of them. She says, "Both will take a piece of the moon." Then during the night the two women are shown looking at the moon and then at each other from the side of the sieve. A Twitter user named Rosie asked why such experiments are always done only with Hindu festivals?

Let us tell you that in recent times many brands have issued advertisements making fun of Hindu festivals. Fabindia started a 'Jashn-e-Riwaj' campaign on Diwali, made fun of Diwali and tried to Urduize it. The company had described Diwali as Jashn-e-Rawaz in the advertisement of a collection of clothes. But after the constant opposition to it on social media, he removed this anti-Hindu ad.

Similarly, the advertisement of CEAT Tire featured Bollywood actor Aamir Khan telling school children, “The road is to drive a car, not to burn firecrackers. Blow bombs in the society so that no one is inconvenienced on the road." BJP MP Ananth Kumar Hegde has written a letter to CEAT Tires MD and CEO Anant Vardhan Goenka urging him to issue an advertisement on the difficulties faced by people by blocking roads for Namaz.
