Advisor Youth Resource and Sports, Government of Nagaland, Er. Zale Neikha today felicitated Keneilelie Soriinuo, Silver medalist at the thirteenth Mr. India, Men's Senior, and Indian Body Building Federation 2022.
At a short program at hotel japfii, Kohima Er. Zale Neikha congratulated the silver medalist Keneilelie Soriinuo for bringing laurels to the State and making the Naga people proud of his achievement and success. He said, that through his dedication and determination and winning a medal should be an example to the youngsters to be hard working. The Advisor also stated that many people play the blame game to the associations or government, but to achieve a goal, one should have a dedicated heart and sacrifice as well. Further, he said that the government is always ready to help and support those who put effort and work hard.
Mr. Keneilelie Soriinuo, in his short speech, said that he is honoured and privileged to be part of the Nagaland Bodybuilding and Fitness Association. He expressed his happiness to be honoured by the State Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, and Vice President, Athletics Federation of India Mr. Abu Metha. He said that initially, it was a tough journey for him and took two years of preparations to participate in the event. However, there were times when the event either stands canceled or postponed due to the covid pandemic. But with full determination and with the support of the people, he went through and won the silver medal.
In his message to the youths, Mr. Keneilelei said that he has decided to contribute to empowering the youths of Nagaland and educate them more about physical fitness and its importance. He encouraged the youths to be confident by giving their 100 percent in whatever they decided to do and eventually will do well and succeed.
