A laborer from Bihar has been shot in the head at Idgah Park in Srinagar. The name of this laborer is Arvind Kumar and he was a resident of Bihar.
Apart from this, a person from UP has also been shot in Pulwama and his condition remains critical. Non-Muslims and outsiders are being targeted continuously in Srinagar. According to official sources, the person who was shot was not a resident of Jammu and Kashmir. The terrorists have once again shot after seeing the identity card.
He has been shot in the head. Police said that the badly injured man was taken to SMHS Hospital in Srinagar, where he was declared brought dead. Officials said that security forces have reached the spot and search is on for the attacker. According to the medical superintendent, the deceased has been identified as Arvind Kumar Shah. He was 30 years old.
Five terrorists were killed on Tuesday including the one involved in the recent killing of a non-local street vendor. They were gunned down in two separate encounters with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir districts.
