After the Rafale fighter jet came in the Hilal Ahmad Rather from South Kashmir's Anantnag district becomes it's first wing commander which surprised everyone in Kashmir.
The first pilot to fly Rafale is Wing Commander mander Hilal Ahmed Rather of Sainik School and is from Baikshiabad area ofAnantnag district in south Kashmir. Presently he is Indian Defence Attaché in Paris France. He ensured its quick delivery and Weaponised it as per Indian conditions. He won Sword of honour in NDA when he passed out and is presently one of finest fighter pilot of India.
After the news came in that he becomes first wing commander of Rafale the people from some areas congratulate their family.
