In the last 24 hours India has recorded 2,897 new covid-19 cases. With 54 new death cases the death tally stands at 5,24,157. Positive cases count stands at 4,31,10586 and now the active cases stands at 19,494 as per the Union Health Minister data.
Today mizorram has reported 33 new cases and the tally stands at 2,27,794, Health Department official said. The Covid-19 death count remained at 697 as no new fresh case was registered in the last 24 hours.
Delhi has reported 1,118 new covid cases and one death. The Delhi’s positivity rate stands at 4.38%. On the other hand Maharashtra has registered 223 new cases and two deaths in 24 hours.
Till today, India’s Covid-19 vaccination has exceeded to 1,90,67,50,631 as per provisional reports. The Ministry said, “This has been achieved through 2,37,57,172 sessions.”
