Aryan Khan drug case update- Shah Rukh khan's son Aryan khan along with others will stay in jail till October 20. The sessions court reserved the order on their bail applications.
On October 2, a raid was conducted by NCB at the cruise from Mumbai to Goa. There Aryan along with seven others were taken into custody. Their custody was followed by medical tests and eventually led to their arrest. In the earlier days, various celebrities took to social media and spoken to various portals to support Aryan and call out the witch hunt against him. Hrithik Roshan, Susanne Khan, Shatrughan Sinha, Suchitra Krishnamoorthi, Pooja Bhatt were among others.
At the time of hearing on October 13, Desai went on to say that serious allegations have been dumped on Aryan. He said, "We see illicit trafficking in this reply throughout. They dump it all on Khan. And I am sure they know that it is a serious offense. In the NDPS Act, what is ililcit trafficking is a term of law.. It is not a casual term"
Aryan Khan lawyer went on to say that "this is just a publicity stunt. Why is he not intervening in other cases and has chosen Aryan Khan's bail application? This cannot be allowed. I strongly object to intervention," and the intervention was rejected.
when the court heard both the parties, the order was reserved for October 20. It means Aryan Khan will have to spend this week too in judicial custody. Aryan has now completed his quarantine period and has now been shifted moved with others.
