Aseem Arun, Police Commissioner said that a report has been registered against the businessman under IPC section 505 (2) (public opinion, false statement, etc., intended to cause enmity, hatred or enmity between different communities). The punishment in the case under the section is imprisonment for three years and fine. Therefore, the businessman will be released from the police station on bail.
