CBI files against many police officers and political leaders in IMA scam

The Central Bureau of investigation filed charge sheet against 28 culprits which connection with IMA sacm. One of the culprit is police officer Hemant Nimbalkar and the husband of Congress MLA Anjali Nimbaikar. The CBI also filed against the CEO of benguluru based investment firm Monetary Advisory which Mohammed Mansoor Khan tricked investors sate of Rs 4000 crore. The CBI has declared six names of police officers who are involved in IMA scam . The name of police officers has case filed registered are LC Nagraj,EB Sridhara, Hemant Nimbalkar,  Ajay Hilori ,M Ramesh and P Gowrishankr.

The CBI said that The accused gave a clarification that IMA had not involved in Illegal activities. The Case also against that the illegal activities of the company which thousands of Investors were scam . It lost crores of rupees in scam . The karnataka government had transferred scam case to the CBI which many politicans are involved. The founder of IMA Mohammed Mansoor Khan who tricked people by promising higher returns in Islamic of investment . It is also tricked 40000 investors tune of 4000 crore.  

The IMA scam is the biggest financial fraud case recently in Karnataka.  According to reports 40000 investors had lost money in this scam. Mohammad Mansoor had offered investment scheme that appeared to follow Islamic and provides return. 41,000 complaint registered against IMA directors of committing fraud. Some Congress leader also had involvement in this scheme , senior Congress leaders are BZ Zameer Ahmed khan former Congress MLA Roshan Baig and Congress MLA Anjali Nimbaikar 's husband , IPS officer Hemant Nimbalkar.
