BJP leader Manorajan Kalia said that BJP President Ashwani Sharma was attacked from congress goons for political gains.

The BJP President Ashwani Sharma was attacked near Cholang toll Plaza on the National Highway in Tanda area of Hoshiarpur district of Punjab. It took place when Ashwani sharma was on the way to Prathankot from Jalandhar after attended a meeting.  The accused attacked his vehicle with stone and rods and breaks windowpanes of the vehicle. According to reports the Attackers went from two separate vehicles and attacked BJP leader. Ashwani Sharma was hauled by the attackers and rescued him by his security.

The station house officer Bikram singh claims that many farmers had been protest to against farm bills which issued by Union Government in parliament . BJP Leader Manoranjan Kaila Said that the attack was from the congress party , Ashwani sharma said that the attackers did not look like farmers. He also said the Congress party want to damage good reputation of farmers. BJP IT sell Amit Malviya posted the pic of Ashwani sharma’s damaged vehicle and tweeted that The president BJP leader Ashwani sharma was attacked by congress party and targeting BJP workers.

Amit Malviya also said that this will be the end of congress in Punjab too. The Chief Minister of Punjab  Amarinder Singh stated that the attack on BJP leader Ashwani sharma which asked to Punjab DGP Identify the culprit and take action. CM Amarinder Singh refused all allegations of congress involvement in attacks. He has directed DGP to investigate the case, He claimed there is no congress involvement in the Attack. The BJP should stop making political motive Allegation and this is irresponsible of Punjab police which investigating the case.
