King Khan's son Aryan Khan troubles are increasing. Just ahead of the Aryan Khan Drugs Case hearing, the NCB has accused Aryan Khan of not only taking drugs, but was also involved in illegal drug smuggling. The NCB is opposing the bail petition filed by Aryan Khan in the Bombay High Court.
The NCB also claimed that a woman named Pooja Dadlani, manager of Aryan Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, was tampering with witnesses and evidence in an attempt to derail the investigation. On the other hand, Aryan Khan's advocates, submitted an additional note to the High Court stating that he had nothing to do with the allegations and counter allegations being circulated between NCB Zonal Director Samir Wankhede and some political figures.
The affidavit referred to Pooja Dadlani said, "This woman appears to have influenced the five witnesses while the investigation is on." NCB said that the bail application is wrong.
"The applicant Aryan Khan was in contact with certain persons abroad who appear to be part of an international drug network for illegal purchase of drugs," the petition said. The affidavit further states that even though drugs were not found from Aryan Khan, he has participated in this conspiracy.
Let us tell you that the affidavit by the Narcotics Control Bureau said, "The role of Aryan Khan in serious offenses including illegal drug trafficking under the NDPS Act is evident. Seen his nexus and connection with other accused in this case, Has gone." The NCB said that a moderate quantity of drugs have been recovered from the other accused and hence Aryan Khan's case cannot be looked at separately. The NCB also said that the matter is still under investigation. Charge sheet needs to be filed.
