Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan who was arrested in the cruise drugs case has gone for counselling while in the custody of the NCB, an official said. At the time of his session, Aryan Khan promised Sameer Wankhede, Zonal director of NCB's Mumbai unit, that he would do good work and make him proud one day.
Aryan Khan and the others who was arrested by the NCB in the drugs case were counselled by and NCB officials including Sameer Wankhede and NGO workers.
On 7th October, Aryan Khan was sent to 14-day judicial custody. The next day, he was shifted from NCB custody to Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai.
As per the NCB sources, Aryan Khan accepted his mistake and promised NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede that he would now work for the society and devote himself to the service of the country and underprivileged people. To this, an NCB official told Aryan 'whatever work you do, we will keep an eye on it. Wherever we stay, we will always keep monitoring you,' during his councelling.
Replying to this, Aryan said "Sir, when I will out of here and serve the country, you will be proud of me."
On October 20, a special court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act cases would pass the order on Aryan’s bail plea.
