The All Nagaland Adhoc Teachers Group ANATG 2015 batch which began their agitation demanding regularisation entered day four today. However, with no positive response still from the state government, the All Nagaland Adhoc Teachers Group 2015 batch has intensified its mode of agitation declaring a hunger strike, starting from today.
Addressing the media personnel at the Naga Solidarity Park, Kohima, today Spokesperson, All Nagaland Adhoc Teachers Group, Bendangtemsu Ozukum, said that they have intensified their agitation as the state government have remained silent on their demands for regularisation. He said that there won't be any negotiations from hereon as they have been patiently waiting. The Adhoc teachers from all units and districts will go on a hunger strike starting today till their demands are made, he said.
The ANATG began their silent sit-in protest on Monday ie, the 26th of September at the civil secretariat, Kohima.
