On 21 jul 2020 Prompt action on the input by 41 RR, SOG Kupwara Police, 98 CRPF Two Terror youth associates of Budgam HM associated apprehanded with large quantity explosive and IED material which was tasked for kupwara to creat IED blast. the individuals were identified as SAHIL BASHIR, ATHER YUSUF WANI both residents of Budgam
On 22 July 2020, Further link was established in kokernag, Anantnag district. 19 RR, 41 RR, JKP & CRPF apprehended the main suspect and repeat trouble creator with incriminating terror evidence, he is being brought to Kupwara JIC.
